(TSXV: PEMC) (OTCQB: PEMSF) (“Pacific Empire”, “PEMC” or the “Company”), a hybrid prospect generator focused in British Columbia announces that the Company has granted a total of 1,500,000 incentive stock options to various directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the Company. The stock options were granted on September 23, 2019 with an exercise price of $0.08 per share for a three-year period from the date of grant and vest quarterly over a 12-month period. The stock options granted are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
